Bread Machine Dinner Rolls

You can easily make these soft and buttery dinner rolls in the bread machine and you’ll have perfect rolls every time! Great for dinner, holidays and gathering. These dinner rolls in a bread machine are soft, fluffy and so delicious! Did I mention simple?

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup warm water
  • 1/2 cup warm milk
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 3 3/4 cup bread flour or all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 1/4 Tsp instant yeast

Instructions
 

  • Press start then select dough setting on your bread machine. 
  • When the dough cycle is complete (1 hr, 3 mins for my machine) Place dough on a lightly floured surface.
  • Using your knife or dough scarper, cut the dough into four equal parts.
  • Next, cut your dough into smaller pieces, for a total of about 15-20 pieces of dough.
  • Shape your roll by tucking the edges under to create a smooth top.
  • Place your hands around the ball and rotate to form an even ball of dough.
  • Repeat the process for each roll and place rolls on a baking sheet.
  • After placing your rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, brush the tops with butter and cover with plastic wrap or tea towel.
  • Let rolls rise in a warm area for 45 minutes to an Hour.
  • Once rolls have doubled in size, Bake rolls at 375 for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Once rolls are out of the oven, brush with more butter. Let cool.
